Waitrose Good Food Guide 2018

The Welsh word ‘cwtch’ conjures up snuggly warmth – a perfect description of this family-run eatery known for its neighbourly approach, pared-back rustic interiors and sympathetic cooking.  Local and regional ingredients set the scene for skilfully handled dishes ranging from Solva Crab and fennel filo parcels to a duo of Welsh Lamb with Kalettes, rosemary and redcurrant jus, while desserts could bring lemon posset or toffee apple and oat crumble tart.  Affordable well-chosen wines, too.
