140 acres of coastal grasses, old pastures, clover laden grassland and herbs just south of St Davids. There cattle graze from March until Christmas in a totally organic environment. No sprays, no chemicals, and GMO free feed mean that Caerfai has been totally organic since 1991 and proud holder of a Soil Association symbol since 1993.

Home to three types of cheese. Caerfai Cheddar. Matured for 5-9 months, made with unpasteurised milk, vegetarian renet and sea salt and bound in traditional cloth. Caerphilly and Caerphilly with Leek and Garlic. Made to a traditional local recipe. And totally organic with leeks and garlic added just before the moulding.

Hand crafted cheeses made on a family farm. The organic farmhouse cheese is made exclusively from the milk of organic cows. We love Perl Las, a truly different blue cheese which has a strong lingering flavour and Perl Wen, and organic soft white cheese with a fresh lemony centre.

Gethin’s Cyder

Multi award winning whole juice cyder made from freshly pressed apples sourced from orchards in Pembrokeshire and Monmouthshire by Gethin, his family and friends.
Fermented using wild yeasts and matured for a minimum of six months before carefully blending. No added water, artificial sweeteners, flavourings, colours or aromas.

Their cheeses have been developed using locally produced milk and their taste offers a real Welsh farmhouse cheese taste. They have 7 cheeses in their range, we especially love Caws Cerwyn – a light, creamy cheese with a mellow, nutty, buttery taste.
