We're Rachael Knott (Owner) and Andy Holcroft (Head Chef) and we founded cwtch* in July 2005. It was born from our passion for good honest food and great service.

We adore the feel and spirit of St. Davids, Britain's smallest city, and thought it the ideal spot for a restaurant to celebrate all things local. Come here and you'll discover that our ingredients are always fresh, delicious and locally sourced.
