Cwtch was founded in 2005, born from a passion for delicious, honest food and fantastic service. The owners are Jackie and John Hatton-Bell.
Working alongside Jackie and John are Head Chef Andy Holcroft and Sous Chef Nic Mascall. Andy and his team make everything on the menu from scratch – working closely with the local farmers and fishermen to ensure our ingredients are the best we can find.
We are delighted to have won ‘True Taste Restaurant of the Year for Wales’ 2011-12 and also be voted the ‘Best Restaurant in Wales’ by Readers of the 2012 Good Food Guide..
